I would define myself as a software and web engineer and above all, a technology enthusiast. I have been a web user for 15+ years now and I am using cool technologies such as PHP5, Python, HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript to conceive and build solid web-based applications in fast-paced and competitive environments (such as the music industry), with high availability and usability goals always in mind, on my own or within a team of UX designers and project managers.
I just love the Web and want it better and faster for everyone: As a developer I feel that my biggest strengths are my concerns about best practices, web standards and GTD management method, in addition to my will to take initiatives and adapt myself to any challenging situation.

In charge of the development of a music download and streaming service: turned the engineering group into a resulted-oriented team, led the overall re-architecture of the main web site (complete rewriting using Symfony, performance optimizations, SEO, continuous integration), built an HTML5 music player with advanced playback and social features.
